Workouts during your follicular phase and ovulation will be the longest and most intense, and workouts during your luteal phase will be 30 minutes at medium intensity.

This is when your estrogen levels are the highest and your energy levels are the highest. This is the time to do intense workouts.
Follicullar phase and ovulation
Luteal Phase
Hormone levels are dropping and your energy levels drop with them. This is a good time for medium intensity workouts.
